Gerard Craft Shifting His Empire Around

If the readers of this blog are anything like me, the closest you have come to a Gerard Craft restaurant is having a $5 pizza on a Sunday at Trueman's. What he's doing with his empire of restaurants (Niche, etc.) works really well because he is expanding. This article from the RFT explains what all is going on.
