2013 Mardi Gras Poster



The Soulard Business Association recently released the 2013 Mardi Gras poster and shirt design. Posters and shirts will be available for purchase at participating establishments throughout Soulard. The theme of this year's River City Grand Parade is 'Carnival Comics' and will be held on February 9, 2013.
