Tap 'N' Run In Soulard July 28

The people who put on the Tap 'N' Run 4K are bringing their epic race to St. Louis this year. Where better to have it than on the Island? July 28th at 2 pm, it's on like Donkey Kong. Do you really need to know what this is before signing up? Check out the videos. Not a fast runner? Check out the route. You're starting over at Grizzly Bear, and cutting South to A-B via 12th for most of the way. You round the fields over by the Boys' Club and come make North along 11th. That should be a fun  route. Eventually, you will end up at Market Park by way of some weird, zig-zaggy pattern.
